Technology has partnered with a third-party "Software as a
Service" (SaaS) provider to allow customer access to training
anytime-anywhere. Our on-line course modules are available from a
SCORM compliant Learning Management System (LMS) that provides
affordable, on-demand access no matter how small or, large your
needs.
Learningspan is an e-training provider and
e-training exchange. In today’s budget conscious business
climate, finding and accessing the right training, at the right
price, can be a costly and time consuming task. Learningspan
solves that problem by providing access to an extensive training
library covering a wide variety of topics, from a diverse group
of recognized developers. As well as providing direct access to
our own course library, the I.Q. Technology portal offers a
range of additional, third-party, industry-related courses that
may be of particular interest to our customer base. These
include an extensive skills and safety training library,
high-level courses on thermal power plant operation,
hydro-electric power generation, co-generation and,
industry-specific health, safety and environmental topics.

| ON-LINE COURSE DEPLOYMENT |

The I.Q. Technology on-line course modules
may be accessed on a per seat basis directly from Learningspan.
They may, in some circumstances, be available for deployment on
a site-by-site basis over corporate Intranets provided that the
organization has a recognized quality management system in place
that incorporates third-party intellectual property protection
and, subject to a license agreement.
Where corporate Intranet deployment is preferred, a SCORM
compliant LMS may be used or, they may be deployed directly from
an Intranet server. An LMS provides the advantage of extensive
user management and reporting capabilities but where none is
available, our assessment modules have reporting capability that
should satisfy basic requirements.
